Talita Kum

When schools close at midday, many children and young people have to fend for themselves. Talita Kum provides an after-school programme for children from some of the poorest households in Romania.

The children receive clothing, showers, nourishing meals and help with their homework, helping to change their longer-term futures for good.

Basis Project

Basis project – “Providing food and clothing to those living in poverty in Romania, showing God’s love and offering the compassion, relief and hope that can change lives for good and forever.

Camps

Camps – “Providing stability and structure through wholesome, nurturing and fun activities. Many of the children attending camps come from backgrounds of extreme poverty. A week at camp is an unimaginable dream for many that you can make possible. Through the camps the children hear about God’s love and how their lives can be changed through Jesus forever.”

Changing lives through the Gospel

Through the distribution of Christian literature, we proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to people of different cultures, languages, social positions and religious backgrounds. We support different Christian organisations, local ministries, private distributors and church leaders by supplying them with Bible based Christian literature.

Changing lives through Christian hope

The Seafarers’ Centre hosted by Invergordon Church of Scotland welcomes sailors from around the world, providing tea and home-bakes, pastoral care, internet access and Christian friendship to men and women who may be separated from their families for months on end.
