Genadiy lives in a village in northern Ukraine, near the Russian border. He is 73 years old. Blythswood’s partner organisation Serve Now presented him with a shoebox in December. Among the gifts he especially appreciated were a set of paint brushes and the calendar with Bible verses, which Blythswood includes in each box for adults.
